SHIPPING + RETURNS
Orders typically ship twice a week from Portland, OR via USPS first class mail. If you need expedited shipping for a special occasion, email Lindsey at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an order fulfillment email with tracking. Please contact us if you don’t receive tracking within 7 days of purchase. Our shipping software receives updates through USPS. With this tracking number you are privy to the same level of information and updates as we are.
It is your responsibility to provide a safe and correct delivery address. We can not be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. You may first want to check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered nearby, believe it or not, this has been the case on several occasions.
If you suspect your package is missing due to mishandling by the USPS you can file a claim here. It is better if you personally file the claim- as opposed to us. They may need you to visit the P.O. or re-deliver at a time when you are home. This way you can work with your local post master to resolve the matter.
We ship internationally. International shipping does not include tracking at the standard rate and normally takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. All international orders are FINAL SALE. We can not be responsible for if a package is lost or damaged in foreign post or at customs/point of entry. The buyer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, and duties due. Returns and Exchanges
Please note Last Chance products are handmade in small batches. Slight variation in dye coverage, dimensions, hand printed graphics and sewing are all a testament to the hands-on process. Dyelots vary and natural color will show subtle variety in the fabric. We don't use synthetic starches, this gives our bandanas a very soft hand, but it also means they aren't always perfectly square. That said, we strive to balance great customer service with the practicalities of running a small, independently owned business. Returns and exchanges are only possible for US customers. International orders are FINAL SALE.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, face masks and any other item marked 'FINAL SALE' in the product descriptions.
How To Make a Return or Exchange
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
