Olema Night Meadow blends comfort and style with a multi-tone colorway that provides easy-wearing with a bit of spice! This Handwoven Cowboy Scarf is edged with rows of calming textured yarns using a weaving technique from the tribal region of Dindori, India. Woven with a blend of Khadi cotton and silk, it has a subtle glimmer like the summer night over a dewy meadow at night.

These scarves are woven in the homes of heritage weavers and each purchase helps support the continuation of their craft and way of life.

About the Cotton Fabric

Suvin cotton is known as the 'cashmere of cotton' and 'white gold' and competes with Egyptian cotton for the title of the 'world's finest cotton'. It is rarer than other fine cotton because it is temperamental to grow and requires much care and expertise from the farmers. It grows in extra-long staple fibers meaning a smooth, soft, and almost silk-like hand that gets better with time.

About Our Collaboration

Made in collaboration with the Jaipur artisan studio of, Shaivyya Gupta.  Shaivyya is known for her colorful aesthetic that infuses the local Jaipur design vernacular with historic architectural details and op-art compositions. Then she works with master block printer artisans to lay these patterns down.  We hope you'll love the designs she and her team created exclusively for Last Chance Textiles customers!

Chainstich Embroidery in collaboration with Die Trying of Austin, Texas.

Rambling roses cover this soft silk noil bandana naturally dyed with madder root and pomegranate. Silk noil is a fabric with a slightly nubby texture that is naturally warm and wicking. She's the perfect bandana to tie in your hair whether you're gardening at home or traveling the backcountry. Wear it as a reminder that wild beauty always comes with a few thorns.

Chainstich Embroidery in collaboration with Die Trying of Austin, Texas.

Naturally dyed with madder root, pomegranate and woodflower. Field-Danna is printed by hand with a pattern inspired by California allergy season, french sample books, and the town of Zalipie, Poland. (More on that mashup here.) Made from silk noil, a fabric with a slightly nubby texture that is naturally warm and wicking.  Achoo! Bless you, flowered friend.

Wrap yourself in this majestic royal blue plaid scarf featuring highlights of chartreuse, pumpkin and orchid.  This pretty accessory was inspired by vibrancy of our favorite late summer flowers: cosmos and zinnias.

Handmade details such as the twisted fringe and white supplementary weft add extra texture to this 100% khadi (handspun) cotton piece; its medium weight provides sufficient warmth without becoming overly hot. Add this scarf to your wardrobe for a practical and polished outfit top-off.
