Plushy Merino is machine knit in-house using a hand-operated knitting machine at our Portland Oregon studio. We use 100% pure wool that is soft, lightweight, and comfortably warm. Our merino wool meets the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), ensuring ethical sheep care and sustainable land management.

Custom Orders:
Custom embroidery orders require additional processing time and are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. All custom embroidery is FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking within 7 days of purchase.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, lost in transit, or stolen after delivery.
Shipping insurance is available at checkout.
If you opt out of package protection, Last Chance Textiles will not cover lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
