Sometimes referred to as “raw-silk”, silk noil yarns are spun from shorter fibers leftover from the spinning and manufacture of other silk fabrics. Silk bandanas make a great travel companion, keeping you comfortable in both hot and cold climates. Silk noil has a varied, nubby texture and matte surface that somewhat resembles a handwoven cotton. The unique texture can be best described as 'cozy'. They also work great tied up in your hair, as the nubby silk stays put and doesn't slip. The more you wear your bandana, the softer it will become.

Beautiful and Versatile
I have several LCT scarves and bandannas and love them all, but this is by far my favorite! It is beatifully crafted and dyed with variations that highlight its being handmade. It feels very personalized knowing all the hands it has passed through to get to me. I have worn it as a wrap (it was perfect!) and can't wait to bunch it around my neck and shoulders on chilly days. It is soft and lightweight but feels toasty, not bulky. I will be able to wear it indoors during the day as well. Definitely a four season clothing item that makes it well worth the purchase. The hardest decision is choosing a color, they are all so gorgeous.
